dbdsp audio products are digital downloads, delivered electronically and available immediately after purchase. Our products are sold through Lemon Squeezy, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, which processes your payment and any refund in accordance with this policy and its own terms.
Try the full plugin free for 14 days
Every dbdsp audio product comes with a free 14-day trial of the complete, unrestricted plugin — the same software you'd buy, with no feature limits. You can download it, install it, and use it in your own projects to decide whether it's right for you before you spend anything. Each product page also lists full system requirements and a detailed description.
All sales are final
Because the free trial lets you evaluate a product completely before purchasing, purchases are final and we do not offer refunds for change of mind — including deciding not to keep the product, no longer needing it, or buying the wrong one. If you're unsure whether a product suits you, please use the free trial, or contact us with any questions, before you buy.
Two exceptions
We will still make things right in these cases:
- Your non-waivable legal rights. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence (for example, in the EU or UK). Those rights are unaffected.
- A product that won't run. If a product you purchased won't activate or run on a supported system and we're unable to resolve it after you contact us, we'll make it right — including a refund.
How to reach us
For either of the above, email info@dbdspaudio.com with your order number (from your Lemon Squeezy receipt), your operating system and host application (DAW) and their versions, and a description of the issue. Any approved refund is issued by Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method. For billing questions you can also use the support link on your Lemon Squeezy receipt.
Before you dispute a charge
If something's wrong, please reach out to us first — we're a small studio and we respond quickly. Contacting us is almost always faster than a chargeback, and it lets us actually solve the problem.
